What Is the Cost of Taking the Maine Real Estate Exam?

The exam fee is $85, which you pay directly to Pearson VUE when registering for the test.

What Is the Pass Rate for the Maine Real Estate Exam?

The Maine Real Estate Commission does not publicly report statistics on how many people pass the real estate exam the first time they take it.
