What Is the Cost of Taking the Oklahoma Real Estate Exam?

The cost of taking the Oklahoma real estate exam varies based on what type of test you’re taking. For those getting a sales associate license, the cost is $60. For those going for their broker license, the fee is $75.

To register for the exam, regardless of which type you’re taking, you’ll need to go through PSI.

You’ll also need your Candidate ID, which comes to you only after your final application is reviewed and approved. PSI won’t let you register for the exam without this information.

What Is the Pass Rate for the Oklahoma Real Estate Exam?

The real estate salesperson exam in Oklahoma is reputed to be one of the hardest to pass in the country.

However, taking an extra preparatory course, or getting some outside help, greatly improves how many people pass the real estate exam on the first try and become professional real estate agents in Oklahoma.

Some of these businesses even offer guaranteed pass rates of about 95%.


How Many Questions Are on the Oklahoma Real Estate Exam?

Taking the real estate exam is an involved process, no matter if you’re going for your sales associate license or broker license.

The sales associate exam has a total of 130 questions, and you have three hours to complete the entire test. The broker exam only has five questions more, but you’re given an extra hour to finish every question.


How Many Math Questions Are on the Oklahoma Real Estate Exam?

The real estate calculations section on the Oklahoma real estate exam makes up 10 percent of the sales associate exam. That comes out to 13 questions.

You are allowed to bring your own calculator to the test as long as it’s not a programmable version.

The broker test is only eight percent math, which comes out to about 11 questions.

If you fail one or both sections of the Oklahoma real estate exam, you’re able to retake the test as soon as possible. You can schedule a retake as soon as the next day if there are any openings available.

This lets you get back into the test before you have a chance to forget what you’ve learned.


Do You Have to Pay to Retake the Oklahoma Real Estate Exam?

Each time you need to retake the Oklahoma real estate exam, whether it’s both sections or just one, you’ll have to pay the exam fee. This means $60 for the sales associate exam and $75 for the broker exam.

You’ll also need to go through PSI each time you schedule another retake.
