I’ve been a client for years now and love customer service. They always pick up when you call and always have an answer to my questions.
The software is simple and easy to use, and I always recommend it to my friends.
I do everything from my expenses and income, especially for tax purposes. My accountant loves it, and it takes me 2 minutes to do my taxes.
The ease of doing anything on it is fantastic.
I also use the Call Capture feature on it when I have a listing, so they can call any info about the house.
When I text a client, all the texts are right there with that client, so I can see our conversations back and forth.
Overall, I give RealtyJuggler a 10 from price per year to ease of product!

The goal of any contact management system should be to automate the business for the client, not complicate it.
I want my program to tell me when to send out a letter or make a call, so that I remain top of mind. RealtyJuggler does that.
I have used a number of systems, Top P, Agent Office, etc. Most “captured my data” and were too bulky in their content, systems they added on to “track the business,” etc.
In other words they focused on creating extra spiffs that did not focus on the contacts and prospects, or making my life simpler.
While they let me modify drip programs, it was a cumbersome process.
Modifying RealtyJuggler to automate my business and my style is easy. And it is compatible on my phone.
However, It was the support you offer (for HOW MUCH annually? Amazing deal!) that showed me how much easier it was to use.
Your team imported my data from Agent Office and got me up and running in short order. When my office location changed, the stationary for my letters changed.
With a phone call, we changed a letter, or the sequence of contacts, or the way a report is generated.
Let’s create a new drip program for a different category of prospect. Yet you probably already have one in your library that will work. And I can download my entire database to a spreadsheet if I ever need to.
And when I have a suggestion that something in the back end could be better, I often see it occur in the next few weeks.
The users help make the program better. And for me it is local support, but I have never met these folks.

I have been in the real estate business since 1985 and have used a lot of different contact record management (CRM) systems in that time.
I have been using RealtyJuggler for well over 15 years, and really like all the tools it provides.
More than anything else, the customer service is beyond stellar. First of all, they have an immense treasure trove of YouTube tutorial videos for every tool the CRM offers.
If that isn’t enough, they offer frequent one-on-one training sessions. They help create letterhead for email and regular mail, and are always available to answer questions.
About once a year, before my subscription expires, I investigate other CRMs and have yet to move to another service.
RealtyJuggler is a truly valuable follow-up system and worth many times over the monetary cost. I highly recommend it!
