LIST PROPERTY FOR FREE

Real Estate Bees is a one-of-a-kind, all-in-one online platform for real estate professionals. Whether you’re a Realtor, investor, lender, inspector or any other type of real estate professional, the REB platform is for you!

It provides various solutions for marketing, technology, lead generation, education, and more. One of the Real Estate Bees’ key features is its advanced nationwide real estate marketplace built-in with a robust listing syndication functionality.

How It Works

By listing your property for sale on the REB marketplace, it gets automatically syndicated to our constantly growing network of participating partner websites.

Our network of participating partner sites we syndicate all the listed properties to consists of national, regional and local real estate websites and news outlets.

Each participating partner in the syndication network showcases properties available for sale on their sites, thereby dramatically expanding the exposure of all listed properties in the network.

This allows sellers to reach significantly greater number of eyeballs and ultimately sell their property considerably faster as opposed to listing on a website that has no property distribution capabilities.

Plans and Pricing

You can list one property per month on the Real Estate Bees marketplace for FREE! If you want to list more than one property the same month, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid membership plan.

What Is Listing Syndication in Real Estate?

Before listing syndication became a thing in real estate, Realtors and property managers had to manually post their listings on each individual website. It was a chore and time-consuming.

As technology advanced and online platforms like Zillow became popular, agents were offered one-stop solutions to the time-consuming task of filling out property listing details.

By filling out one form, real estate agents could have their listings appear on multiple sites — reaching a much larger audience than ever before. This is called property listing syndication.

And it’s easy to see why it caught on quickly. It’s much easier to list a property once than to enter the same data into multiple places. The fewer the points of entry, the fewer the chances for error and inconsistency.
