Wholesale Deals and Cash Buyers List

MyHouseDeals acts as a marketplace for wholesalers and cash buyers. The platform allows wholesalers to create wholesale property listings and publish them on the platform.

The software also enables you to promote your listings through real estate email blasts and as a result, get cash buyers faster.

On the other end, cash buyers can also join MyHouseDeals to find wholesaling deals.

Comps Reports

Deal Funding

MyHouseDeals has partnered with several traditional lenders and hard money lenders to provide short-term and long-term loans for funding or refinancing a property.

There are three steps to follow to get funding:

  1. Fill out a quick application — Here, you’ll be expected to provide information on your property. This includes the type of property, the purpose of your deal (buy and hold, fix and flip, or refinance), and where you are in the purchase process, among other details.
  2. Get matched to the most suitable lenders — By using the information you provided, MyHouseDeals will search its lender database for lenders that suit your criteria and match you to them.
  3. Let lenders contact you — The matched lenders will contact you with an offer. You can then choose a lender you want to work with and begin the process of closing the deal.

In addition to traditional loans, you can also access private money loans through MyHouseDeals.

To connect you with private lenders, MyHouseDeals has an exclusive, ready-to-go list of private lenders that includes their contacts, funds to lend, interest rates, and location.

The private lender list is accessible and downloadable by premium MyHouseDeals members only.

 

Professional Home Inspection

MyHouseDeals provides you with professional home inspection services that can be requested with a click of a button.

Currently, there are three inspection packages offered on MyHouseDeals:

  • Property Condition Report ($295) — This report covers every part of the property including the interior, exterior, mechanical, and plumbing systems, built-in appliances, and more.
  • Interior and Exterior Only ($175) — This inspection report covers the interior and exterior of the property.
  • Exterior Property Condition Report Only ($69) — This report contains details on the property exterior, including the address, street number, and photos of the surrounding area.

The company provides a free sample report for each package so you can get an understanding of what your inspection will entail before committing to the charges.

Additionally, the following steps are required to get inspection services via MyHouseDeals.
