Property and Owner Lookup
As an investment and wholesale real estate lead generation tool, PropertyRadar lets you manually search for potential properties and various types of motivated home sellers.
You can search for properties by address, APN, RadarID, or nearby.
You can also use PropertyRadar as a skip tracing tool for real estate investors. To look up motivated sellers, you need to enter their name, phone, or email.
For each property or owner lookup, you can set filters to display nationwide, state, county, city, or zip code results.
Property Profile
As the platform provides you with leads across the U.S. or within your area, you will need to assess each lead to find out if it fits your investment criteria.
PropertyRadar provides comprehensive and insightful details about each lead. First, there’s a street view of the property and basic property details such as the size and type of property.
The Property Profile also contains in-depth details such as:
- Location information (APN, Census Block, Tax Rate Area, etc.)
- Amenities breakdown
- Value (Estimated Value and Equity, Last Purchase Date and Amount, Market Value)
- Comparables
- Property taxes

- The property’s neighborhood information (demographic, income, education, and risk)
List Building
With PropertyRadar, investors and realtors can either build custom lists manually, use ready-made built-in lists, or combine both to build high-quality leads lists.
To build custom lists, search for suitable properties by using the platform’s Lookup tool and add them to a list if they meet your financial criteria.
Additionally, you can also use PropertyRadar’s frequently updated premade lists. To access the ready-to-use lists, use the Discover tool.
With the Discover feature, you can map out an area on the map and display the properties within it. You can then begin the process of narrowing down the search based on your preferences.
Users have more than 250 criteria to choose from. This helps them find properties to wholesale or find cheap homes to fix and flip that meet their requirements.
Lead Management
PropertyRadar allows you to organize and manage your leads. You can build lists and group them based on different criteria for quick access.
You can also add notes and attach photos and links to a lead.
For more advanced lead management services, such as automated marketing and streamlined lead communication, users can integrate a third-party CRM for real estate wholesalers, agents, or investors and marketing tools, including:
- HubSpot
- Zoho CRM
- Mailchimp
- Pipedrive
- Salesforce
List Monitoring and Insights
PropertyRadar’s Lists module comes with a few services to help users manage their lists with ease.

Additionally, PropertyRadar monitors your lists and automatically updates every property as changes happen.
Your lists are also automatically updated with the latest leads and opportunities.
For each list, the platform provides insights in the form of 32 charts to help you better understand your list and target your marketing.
Drive For Dollars
With PropertyRadar, you can generate leads by driving around neighborhoods and adding properties to your list.
The platform only supports in-person driving for dollars unlike some other tools that let you drive for dollars virtually.
When driving for dollars, simply launch the PropertyRadar mobile app on your phone, go to the Discover tab, and center the map to where you’re located.
The Drive for Dollars tool lets you add property photos and notes, look up properties and find owner information in real time, and contact them while on their property.
Offline Marketing
PropertyRadar facilitates creation of Facebook ads for real estate investors.
The platform lets you generate a Facebook custom audience or Google customer match files which then help you create your ad on the respective platforms.
It also includes direct mail services for real estate investors. PropertyRadar partnered with a third-party printing service for this.
Here, you can send your list to the printing service, provide them with your offer details, and let them handle the rest.
Phone Marketing
PropertyRadar is equipped with a dialing system for real estate investors to help you follow up with leads without leaving the app.
The phone marketing module is powered by WAVV and is not included in a PropertyRadar subscription. Users will have to pay additional fees to use the service.
