You will also learn The Four Phases of Business (audio) and how to maximize profits across each phase. A Marketing Maximizer spreadsheet is also included in this module.
- Module 3 — Here, Sean Terry provides his highest performing keywords and guides you on PPC management for real estate investors. You will learn how to set up your Google Ads account and start generating quality motivated seller leads. To help you communicate with leads, you will be provided with pre-written email automated follow-up message templates.
- Module 4 guides students on how to find motivated sellers quickly by using bandit signs. You will be taught how to place bandit signs and where to place them to get the most attention.
- Module 5 — Learn the techniques used to build great relationships with sellers. You will be taught what questions to ask motivated sellers, how to make an offer, and free ways to find motivated seller leads. A script will also be provided in this module, along with an example of an offer presentation.
- Module 6 takes you through the Comparable Sales Formula. You’ll learn how to come up with a reasonable offer amount, how to double-check your offer to prevent mistakes, and how to calculate repair costs for any property.
- Module 7 — This is the module where students are taught how to draft a contract. You will be taken through each section of the contract and how to fill it out correctly. You will also learn what to bring to any appointment.
- Module 8 — Here, you will learn about real estate skip tracing — how to gather information on motivated sellers and what to do before meeting with them. You will learn the top 7 questions to ask various types of motivated sellers when viewing a potential property.
- Module 9 — Negotiation tactics are key in real estate deals. This module teaches how to negotiate effectively to get the best deals, how to explain the selling process to the seller so they’re informed and at ease, and how to take suitable property photos that you can send to cash investors.
- Module 10 — New investors are taught where they can find good closing agents to smoothen the deal-closing process. You’ll also learn the difference between Double Escrow and Assignment to determine which strategy generates the most revenue.
